Join the Ludlow City Council as they host their new Halloween event, the “Ludlow Community Spooktacular”!

This fun-filled evening will include games, face painting, crafts, music and other activities for kids of all ages.  Hot dogs, snacks, and drinks will also be provided.  Admission is FREE of charge!
