Ball Field Lottery Applications Accepted—Jan. 23 - Feb. 16, 2018

Youth Teams interested in playing baseball, softball, or soccer regardless of league, please submit forms beginning January 23, 2018 through February 16, 2018.

Coaches will be notified on February 26, 2018. Please list if there is an evening that you are unable to coach your team, so we can accommodate. Reminder, we are not hosting a league. Teams must have a coach (please review the rules listed on the application) and rosters will need to be provided before a permit is issued. If a roster is not received by the submission deadline, we will hold the scheduled field for a short duration upon discussion of the date the roster should be completed. If a roster is not received by that date, the field will be provided to the next team pulled in the lottery.

With the lottery system, there is no preference given to teams. Only preference is given to teams comprised primarily of Ludlow residents.
